MarTech Delivery Manager
(Senior PM, Loyalty Implementations)
A brilliant loyalty strategy is worth nothing if it's delivered late, half-configured or with an integration that silently fails to send events to the CRM.
At Loyalty Roots, we design and deliver loyalty programs for ecommerce and retail brands end to end: strategy, audits, implementation and analytics. Our strategies are strong. Now we're looking for the person who makes sure every one of them reaches the customer exactly as planned.
Who are we looking for and why?
We're not looking for a coordinator who moves tasks around in a project management tool. We're looking for a Delivery Lead: someone who takes ownership of the implementation stage and is accountable for the result.
You'll take over projects once the strategy is ready and lead them all the way to launch and beyond. To do that well, you need to understand how marketing technologies work together well enough to judge the quality of your team's work, and the confidence to say it out loud. You're comfortable telling a designer "it looks great, but it doesn't meet the brief," and telling a developer "the task may be closed, but the events aren't reaching the CRM."
You don't need to code, and you don't need to know loyalty programs inside out. We'll teach you that :). What you need is a genuine love for MarTech, a creative approach to solving problems, strong management skills and a sense of ownership.
This is a new role at Loyalty Roots, reporting directly to the leadership team. You'll have a real influence on how we deliver projects and how our delivery standards are shaped.
What you’ll do as a MarTech Delivery Manager
Own the implementation stage: you'll take over loyalty projects after the strategy and analytics phase and lead them through to launch.
Control quality: you'll make sure everything the team delivers (copy, design, analytics, MarTech configuration, integrations) is correct, in line with the strategy and on time. If something isn't right, you'll catch it before the client does.
Lead the project team: you'll coordinate designers, copywriters, analysts and technical specialists, setting priorities, deadlines and working standards.
Be a business partner for the client: you'll run status meetings, report progress, explain technical topics in plain language and advise the client on the work in progress.
Protect scope, budget and timeline: you'll spot risks and delays early, remove blockers and set clear boundaries when requests go beyond the agreed scope.
Build our delivery standards: as the first person in this role, you'll help shape how we plan, track and quality-check implementation projects.
What we expect from a MarTech Delivery Manager
3–5+ years of experience managing projects at the intersection of marketing and technology (MarTech, ecommerce, CRM, web or app implementations) as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager or Implementation Lead.
A solid understanding of the MarTech ecosystem: how CRM, marketing automation, ecommerce platforms and analytics tools connect, including integration basics (API, webhooks) and how marketing data flows between systems.
Enough technical and marketing knowledge to verify the quality of your team's work, not just its status.
A strong execution mindset: assertiveness, attention to detail and the ability to hold a team accountable for quality and deadlines.
Business maturity in client relationships: you confidently run meetings with marketing and ecommerce directors and management boards.
Excellent organization and hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com).
Strong communication skills in both Polish and English.
Extra points
Experience implementing or running loyalty programs (B2C or B2B).
Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation or CDP platforms (e.g. Bloomreach, Braze, Oracle, Salesforce, Synerise).
Basic knowledge of UX/UI and the process of creating marketing communication.
Being available during the work week within the working hours 9am-5pm CEST.
What we offer
A new role with real influence on how we deliver projects, reporting directly to the leadership team.
Work with clients from different sectors and a team of experts in strategy, CX, creative, analytics and technology.
The chance to learn loyalty programs from people who design them every day
B2B contract or contract of mandate.
Hourly rate agreed individually, based on your experience.
Part-time position, with monthly availability and the number of projects agreed together.
Project-based collaboration.
Work from anywhere in the world: home, office or workation, whatever keeps you fulfilled and productive.
