Who are we looking for and why?

We’re looking for a Strategist with a deep understanding of human behavior and digital ecosystem. Someone who knows that words can spark emotions, build habits, and inspire action.

Loyalty Roots is a young company formed by experienced professionals. We create a space for experts to cooperate with each other, work with open-minded clients and deliver innovative projects together.

We’re looking for people who are passionate about their job; who know the value of data-driven decision making, personalization and A/B testing; innovative and not afraid of challenges.

Currently there are not a lot of companies that have figured out the best approach to customer loyalty. We need to be creative and confident to set the tone for the market.

What you’ll do as a Customer Loyalty Strategist

You’ll be a main owner of the assigned client’s loyalty program project and will be responsible for the end2end delivery.

  • Presales stage: you’ll help with materials and inspirational use cases. In some cases it will be important that you join business sales meetings in order to meet the potential client and start building relationship. You’ll help to determine the team needed to deliver the project and to make budget&KPI estimations for the project.

  • Audit stage: you’ll work closely with the team (e.g. content, CX, analytics) to perform the audit and research. Together with CX Researcher it will be your role to choose needed people resources, set clear direction for a team, create brief with expectations, review the work before sending to the client. You will connect the dots and deliver the final audit summary with suggestions of the next steps.

  • Strategy stage: this is your main playground. You’ll use internal resources to deliver the stage, you will be a main decision-maker. It’s your role to set KPIs, create a loyalty strategy with the clear roadmap.

  • Implementation stage: you’ll support project manager on this stage.

  • Optimization and analytics stage: you’ll review the assumptions made during the phase of the strategy preparation, define areas for improvements.

  • Upsell: as you’ll be the main point of contact for the client and the main project owner, your role will include looking for upsell chances and opportunities. NOTE: we believe that sales process should be based on the value delivered to the client by solving their problems. Focus on understanding your client’s challenges and help them fix those.

  • Ongoing: knowledge sharing with the internal teams by joining status meetings and / or updating internal documentation.

What we expect from a Customer Loyalty Strategist

  • 3+ years in a strategic role (e.g. loyalty, CRM, digital strategy).

  • Knowledge of customer experience (CX), behavioral design or neuromarketing

  • Advanced skills in marketing strategy and execution, experience both with the acquisition and retention strategies

  • Proven experience with the omnichannel campaigns. Note that during the interview we’ll ask you about the omnichannel use cases / case studies you’ve had

  • Proven experience working the AI / ML engines

  • Proven experience with personalized campaigns of any sort. Note that during the interview we’ll ask you about the use cases / case studies you’ve build with the personalization as a main engine

  • Knowledge of the digital trends

  • Experience managing the clients with 1mln+ monthly revenue

  • Understanding of the event-first datasets

  • Basic understanding of the IT terminology and integration principles (e.g. API, SDK, Kafka)

  • Experience with marketing data analysis. Use cases where your insights influenced the decisions of marketing and business teams

  • Experience with A/B tests is a must. You should understand how to conduct A/B tests, how to analyze the results and present them to the customer

  • Understanding the importance and mechanics behind the CRM/Marketing Automation/CDP platforms (e.g. Bloomreach, Braze, Oracle, Salesforce, Synerise)

  • Strong soft and presentation skills both in Polish and English languages

Extra points

  • Hands-on experience with CRM/Marketing Automation/CDP platforms (e.g. Bloomreach, Braze, Oracle, Salesforce, Synerise)

  • Experience working with loyalty programs, gamification or engagement strategies

  • Background in gaming industry or an understanding of how game mechanics influence behavior

  • Experience working with the clients from different sectors

  • Being available during the work week within the working hours 9am-5pm CEST

  • If you’re open to be a speaker on webinars and conferences, it’ll be a plus. It’s not a requirement for every candidate, don’t worry

  • Loyalty Roots is in a phase of growth. It has challenges, like you haven’t heard about us yet and we need to earn your trust. However, you’ll be able to grow and build something great together with us. No corporate structure, but also a healthy environment within your availability
