Who are we looking for and why?
Loyalty Roots is a young company formed by experienced professionals. We create a space for experts to cooperate with each other, work with open-minded clients and deliver innovative projects together.
We’re looking for people who are passionate about their job; who know the value of data-driven decision making, personalization and A/B testing; innovative and not afraid of challengers.
Currently there are not a lot of companies that have figured out the best approach to customer loyalty. We need to be creative and confident to set the tone for the market.
What you'll do
During the phase of audit, you’ll review customer’s current sales data and database health.
During the strategy phase, you’ll calculate loyalty programs financial approach (example: if we’re using points, you are the one who calculate the proper structure based on product margins, sales KPIs, AOV and other details).
During the implementation stage, you’ll create or help customer create analytical dashboards to monitor KPI’s.
During the ongoing cooperation, you’ll do a consultancy work by reviewing analytics of ongoing loyalty program, sales and database. Your task will be to determine what works great, areas for improvements and urgent change.
You’ll cooperate with clients to explain analytics. You’ll cooperate with our technology partners to define the best analytical approach for the customer.
You’ll help us build internal analytical dashboards templates and benchmarks.
You’ll help us build educational materials.
What we expect from you
Understanding and experience with event data structure.
Proficiency in handling large datasets.
Advanced MS Excel and SQL, experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Experience with marketing data analysis. Use cases where your insights influenced the decisions of marketing and business teams.
Experience with A/B tests is a must. You should understand how to conduct A/B tests, how to analyze the results and present them to the customer.
Being open to explain analytics to the clients, being challenged by clients and also be able to challenge others on the market. We don’t expect you to be an excellent public speaker! But we need to know you can communicate in a clear way and be open to external communication from time to time.
Advanced level of Polish and English.
Being independent and responsible for your area of expertise.
Extra points
Experience with loyalty programs and /or customer retention techniques in general
Hands-on experience with CRM/Marketing Automation/CDP platforms (ideally Synerise, Bloomreach, Braze), would be a plus
Knowledge of GA4 and GTM
Python will be a significant plus
Experience with pricing and financial data analysis
Being available during the work week within the working hours 9am-5pm CEST.
If you’re open to be a speaker on webinars and conferences, it’ll be a plus. It’s not a requirement for every candidate, don’t worry.
What we offer
